At SYN3RGY Creative, we’re looking for an Appointment Setter to help us expand by setting qualified appointments with businesses that need our expertise. You won’t be selling—just getting your foot in the door and scheduling calls with prospects who could benefit from our services. We’ll do the rest, helping you close the deal once an appointment is set.
Here’s what you can expect:
Unlimited earning potential: The more appointments you set, the more you earn—simple as that. On average, you can make between $600 and $2000 per closed deal. For the right person, hitting 5 ideal clients per month (roughly one closed deal per week) could put you in the $10K/month range.
Above industry-average commissions: We offer 20% commission per closed deal—way above the industry average. If you’re great at what you do, your earning potential is unlimited.
Flexibility: Set your own hours and work from anywhere. Whether you’re a stay-at-home parent, a college student, or just want the freedom to control your schedule, this role works for you.
Support from the top: You’ll have mentorship from our CEO, who has made several million in his career. We’re here to help you succeed and guide you through the process. Plus, if you prove you can consistently set quality appointments, we can discuss covering your cell phone bill and even offer base pay or other incentives.
The math is simple: You don’t make money unless an appointment you set results in a closed deal. But here’s the good news—on average, about 1 out of every 5-6 appointments will close. It’s a numbers game. If you can handle cold calling and rejection, follow the math, and put in the work, you’ll hit your targets.
