We’re looking for people who are hungry, humble and smart for a sales/business development position for our business growth and marketing agency located in Oklahoma City.
Sales territory is nationwide and not limited to Oklahoma. Majority of your job would be in the field and at your schedule. Part-time or full-time at your discretion. You could even do this as a side-gig for extra cash, as long as sales is in your blood.
You must be motivated, organized and a self-starter to be successful in this position. Sales experience preferred, but not required for the right person who is hungry for growth, unlimited income, and the chance to be mentored by someone who’s made more than a million dollars.
Commission-based to start, but generous, above industry-average commissions are paid. Once you’ve proven you can set potential client meetings, we will discuss the potential of a base pay + commission or other incentives with you. You decide how much you earn, just as it should be in performance based jobs. All you have to do is set up meetings with potential clients that have a real need for marketing, and we will help you close the deals until you get enough confidence and experience to close them yourself. No BS or selling gimmicky stuff here, we just need people who are hungry for opportunity and are a good salesperson and networker.
Long-term there would be the opportunity for growth such as a base salary, benefits, or possibly being a paid account manager or regional manager as we grow our agency nationwide.
